  3. Completed Information (if required)
    Fill in any sections (names, dates, etc.), but do not sign until in front of the notary.

  4. Payment
    Be ready to pay for notary services and any travel fees (if applicable).

  5. Witnesses (if required)
    Some documents need witnesses. Bring them with you, or ask if you need help finding witnesses.

  6. Additional Documentation (if needed)
    Some forms may require extra supporting documents (e.g., powers of attorney, affidavits). Please bring them if applicable.

  4. Additional Info (if required)
    Some agencies may ask for extra details, like your employer’s address. Bring any related paperwork or instructions.

  5. Clean Hands
    Make sure your hands are free of dirt or oils to ensure clear fingerprints.

  • After-Hours Emergency Requests: $250 (if we are able to accommodate)
